Dear Sophia,

  I first wanted to thank you again for your help with the SIR
session.  As each day passes, I feel I am getting more in touch with what I
really want from life, and my mind seems to be a lot clearer...THANKS so
much!   What I wanted to ask you was what you think are the best courses of
action for a person (me) to take if they are seeking enlightenment?  I know
on your site that you mention Kundalini yoga to be helpful.  Do you suggest
any others?  And can a regular person, in time, become enlightened on their
own using yoga, or do they need to be initiated by a yogic master, or any
other type of master?  And do you have any comments about Kriya yoga?  Also,
with SIR Sessions, do people’s IQ, health, genes, DNA, and other figures
plateau after a certain level?  What I mean is do different people have
different levels of the maximum healing they can get with SIR?  Is it
systematic in that if a person reaches a certain amount of healing, through
SIR, enlightenment will be within reach?  And do you recommend any exercises
or healing other than SIR that would encourage the opening of the 3rd eye
and/or connection to one's higher self, and promote and support someone
looking to attain enlightenment?  I know you must be very busy and I thank
you for taking the time to read this.  The thing is that I don't feel that I
am very receptive to energy healing, my reason tells me that I'm being
given a spiritual Rolls Royce but I feel that I don't even have a spiritual
drivers license yet to take advantage of it. I want to be sure about a
system before I go overboard with it in my quest for enlightenment.  I know
that I am still shallow in many respects, and still battling with inner
demons, but in the weeks after the SIR session I've come to the realization
that I want to change towards enlightenment which is my goal.  You are the
only Master that I've ever spoken to and I thank you again for being so
approachable and willing to help.  Can you please spare any advice
Sophia for me to help me on my journey?

I am honored to help you. I am a servant to God and Master/servant to all and willing to help and welcome all mail from all people. Here are some things you can do:

It is important to become skilled with our course so you can keep demons & darkness and unknowings away with karma removal. I will clear you for free with a 12 page report when you start your course and within two weeks you will be clearing your own karma and maybe starting on other loved ones. Practice and rituals are something man created, not God. Works do not earn you points and the third eye just needs balancing with our chakra tune up kit ($24 value) which is free with the course. Free consultation on a unlimited bases while  you take the course is available. ( It is so easy that I may only get one or two questions.) Jesus said my load is light and it is easy for truth but lies are complicated. You are already enlightened with spirit and your mind is prepared already to take in deeper truths. Besides the beginner and advance course you can now faithfully read the prays daily, always drink 8 glasses of spring water, read the whole Bible which will have greater understanding to you now. I felt energy sensations & tingling in my body at the time you were doing the session and woke up in the morning feeling light-hearted and happy and with increased energy.. I don't feel tired at all...nor do I feel increased heat in my body or excess thirst
(Sophia answers: If you drink 8-9 glasses of water during and after treatment no tired and thirsty feeling will be pronounced.)

I need some clarifications on the 12-page report.

In the 'After SIR' columns many of the fields are blank. What does that indicate? For eg.. You have shown that extra souls/Geopathic energy  as cleared, but entities, portal holes and damaged dna - show blanks..Does that mean they have not been cleared? If these problems have not been cleared, does that mean it is not possible to clear or will they be cleared in future sessions?
( Sophia answers: blank fields are areas not needing any healing because they are normal)

What about Chakras? have the damaged charkras been healed? Since 100% generally indicates maximum, what does 150% damaged solar plexus mean? (150%+ over normal function and usually means badly damaged and they are all balanced and repaired now)

Regarding emotions healed 100%, in some fields like anger its showing 20%, resentment 55% etc...while others like hate, frustration etc..nothing is indicated. Please clarify what this means.. Does it mean I still have 20% anger, 55% resentment or does it mean that my anger is removed by 20% and so on..
( Sophia answers: No, You had that much emotions over normal levels and they were balanced by clearing deep embedded negative emotions stored in your body, mind, energy system and heart.)

Also, what is my Karma status after the session? (100% cleared for good Sophia)

Now my story; I was born a little early and had a difficult birth. I was put in an incubator and I had health problems ever since. My first 7 years I had Asthma and Bronchitis and spent many times in the hospital. I remember when I was finally at home, I was homesick for the hospital and did not want to stay at my parents, but returned to nurse Betsy. Growing up, all my nights I had nightmares. I was terrified to go to sleep. So I would stay up in my bed  with my eyes wide open and scan the room for monsters until I had to get up and go to school. For many years I could not pay attention when going to school cause I was too tired. So slowly I got more and more weak. This all the way to adulthood. I did not finish high school because of my fatigue.  At age 20 I felt like I was dying. Doctors found nothing wrong. I have loved God since I can remember, so I started looking for him everywhere, first to find him and then to find healing. I looked from Macro Biotic to Jehovah Witnesses from the Catholic Church to Hara Krishna's. I searched through almost the whole New Age sector. In the meantime I got sicker and sicker. In 1988 I spent 2 months in the USA in Monatana in a cult, The Summit Lighthouse run by Elisabeth Clare Prophet. I ran away and came to Amsterdam that summer. That winter I found and lost the love of my life (we were temple priests in the old Mayan kingdom) That was the most intense experience of my life. He now is also a male and named, Mario. I broke up our 2 month relationship because he was asleep spiritually and not at all on my level. My heart was broken and it took 12-14 years to recover. Also my nervous system broke down, collapsed and from hereon I got severely ill. I continued working and participating in life but something was eating me alive, like a cancer. The illness, pains and other symptoms became more unbearable each day and doctors could not find anything wrong nor could natural alternative doctors. Since no one could help me I found myself drinking more and more alcohol to feel no pain and no unhappiness and using drugs. I preferred XTC and Cocaine. Of course that leads to promiscuity, for about 2 years and 8 months, which led to legal drugs and so on. Finally I ran away and found a cure on my own. All this time I kept searching and screaming for God. Now it is 2001, I started transcendental meditation, I quit smoking cigarettes. I quit drugs and I almost quit alcohol as well and I changed my diet but continue to get sicker and sicker. In December 2003 I finally found Jim Fernando, a gift from heaven, who for the first time gave the right diagnoses. Probably as a baby I was infected by a virus which hid in my cells, there this virus attacked and undermined my immune system. Creating a toxic brain hence my madness. I hope I did not shock you! For without these we are like lost sheep begging and seeking freedom only God can give, refusing to see the truth at times creating painful situations to deal with all the time desiring unconditional love, acceptance and forgiveness for our mistakes some refusing to learn others bearing the pain of that refusal.

My name is S.M I live in B. Ontario Canada. I am a new student of Medical Intuitive and have been on the healing path in a more conscious level for the past five years. I was recently taking courses and certainly like to acknowledge here that I have wonderful teachers. I can not explain actually how I came to be blessed with Sophia in my life, I was more Divinely guided to her internet site.

I was having difficult areas in my life. I have spent quite a bit on courses and sessions and it is all good. I have had the help I need, especially when I ask for this. Sophia has a graceful way of guiding gently as she truly loves from her heart, no matter who comes to her. She can truly heal whatever you ask for. She is patient and answers questions that I could not seem to ask others for some reasons (blocks and karma). Appearances are not what they seem is a statement that has taken on much meaning for me. As I truly was gently guided to my own truths ( higher self). Her healing helped me with my mind as I wanted to understand everything in a thinking logical way that I thought I was letting go of being in my head, so to speak. I hid a lot still from myself and so there where areas in my life that I was stuck and I truly was asking inwardly for God's ( Yahweh's) help. I asked for this help for the past few weeks before having Sophia in my life. I was suffering and actually denying it. I begin, with easing the struggle in my marriage. This is a two way street, for better or for worse were our vows.

It was difficult to apply the new awareness to my marriage
before I came to Sophia. A life partner can push buttons no one else could, especially when we fell out of love having warn each other down from not coming from a place of love. Sophia helped me have the strength to truly take even more responsibility for my thoughts. How did she do this? It was by clearing blocks, karma and delusions whatever this negative energy I carried over from past lives. Therefore this too has helped greatly to add greater clarity to see that my loved ones were mirroring to me what I could not accept about myself. Sophia explained some aspects of this healing as for instance I had many lives with mental conditions and she healed all of them in one session. Having this healing, blocks removed I could feel this uplifting within and lighter good hearted feelings toward my loved ones.

This helped me shift towards feelings of unconditional love. To stop annualized every little thing. Almost like being too aware and having difficulty relaxing. So if someone comes upon Eva it is no accident she will help you with the next step to wellness and enlightenment, and I am a witness to that fact and so is my family. I was actually thinking my marriage was ending. I could rationalize a lot of scenarios, to match whatever feeling I was having and making a story to fit it. Yes this showed me more about appearances not being what they seemed. I was making a story to suit my level of feeling. I mean how else can I keep these feelings alive, so I thought what feelings do I want to be alive in me, something that makes my body heavy and unwell or light, alive and well being. I have a choice now.

As if feeding what I did not want instead of what I actually want. For whatever reasons I could not get past the past. ( before karma clearing)
To understand that I felt badly, was because I was not feeling and creating what I wanted. I truly feel good when I am aligned with the thoughts that support me. I learned about forgiveness even more and before Sophia I thought I was doing this quite well. I realized I still needed to forgive myself. I suppose conceptually it was forming. However I still needed to apply it in my life and living it, what was true for me, has become more cleared.

The blocks, karma, illnesses illusions or whatever thoughts I was stuck with did not make my body feel well, it has been all removed by Sophia and S.I.R.  Sophia reminds me how wonderful loving thoughts heal.  She removed the blocks, I needed assistance and I asked for help. This had me in a receptive place where Sophia's support with healing until one can do it for them self. ( taking the course for S.I.R.)

Bear my 11 year old Golden Retriever Sophia has helped him with many things that were ailing him. I was praying for him to be comfortable in his last years. He had a rough spring time and Sophia has help him so very much. I have taken him off drugs which were making him more ill. When I first started my sessions I was not sure how I was going to afford it. But I knew it had to be done. We had a lot of karma blocks removed by Sophia, almost instantly we had enough to pay for S.I.R. plus much more left over. I am so grateful that all blocks were cleared. As a spiritual person I have always been open to different methods of healing, finding the Energy Centre seemed like the perfect answer to healing parts of me that I felt I didn't have access to. I have had three sessions now and I felt the benefits from it straight away. The detoxify effect was similar to the Kundalini energy rising with heat and flu type symptoms. The first thing I felt was the centre of my head had a expanding feeling which felt like pressure being released. In September 2005 I had a virus infection that seemed to effect the back of my head with some pain and i suffered from dizzy spells and lightheaded. I could not speak for long or watch TV, or work on the computer screen. I had an MRI scan and that was all clear, i was diagnosed with depression, and then a mild form of chronic fatigue. The issues that come to mind: hurt caused by a fall out with my brother about 2 1/2 years ago, and how he chooses to remain in the 3 D with his Anti-Christ wife. I also feel hurt that my parents and sister are so resistant to change into higher vibrations. I know we all have choices, so I would like the inner detachment from their issues and the ability to have compassion with an equanimity.  as far as other issues, i think they will be automatically addressed with your healing session- I have varicose veins and other varicosities that cause pain, discomfort and are unsightly. I am against surgery and have faith in alternative methods, which have helped but not fully cured.

I am overweight by 150lbs and impotent since 2000 have high blood pressure and diagnosed in 2002/2003. My knees are bad-i had arthroscopic surgery on the left one and then Supartz injections in it; the right one is better but started hurting after I could use the left knee much. I need glasses to read and I am far vision no longer at 20/20. My mother died very suddenly and unexpectedly of a heart attack in Oct 1993 and my dad died of a recurrence of lymphoma in May 1994, which has left me scars. I was diagnosed with a heart murmur in 1994 everytime I get a cold I lose my voice sometimes for months, my back has started hurting since I have been unable to use the left knee much. I have plantar fascitis pretty severly at times but not in the last 10 years. I had some front tetth knocked out in a water polo game when I was fairly young.

Loss of equilibrium, loss of vision with cataracts, near sightedness and blind spots, left hip very painful, high blood pressure since 1985 and needs to take 3 medications for that. Then she listed18 different surgeries and other personal problems at home. Her problems were all solved and she took the course for S.I.R.

Thank you so much for responding so promptly.  I've hesitated to speak about it because I thought that people would think that I was crazy.  I was first computerized in the middle '80's and have been tortured in many ways.  Nightmares and sleep deprivation.  The painful nightmares I could actually feel the pain like a knife stuck in my gut was accomplished with a computer mouse.  recently I started to write about my experiences and the "zapping" have intensified, they occur within one and a half to two hours though out the night with electrical shock aimed at times at the top of my head from right to left or from the hairline at the front of my forehead to the back top of my head.  At the present time I'm receiving painful zaps to the top center of my head and I can feel my brain ache.  My memory is getting worst by the day and my coordination is deteriorating.  I believe that I was handed over to the government by people that I trusted and considered my friends.  It's been over twenty years that this has been taking place.  I actually dug out a small chip with my nails that traveled along passage ways under my scalp.    On the top right side of my scalp there is a section that can be opened like a little anus where they would withdrawn the small chips that would pick up information at various points of my brain and then insert new clean ones.  In any event, I want you to know that once by way of an accident when a person thought I couldn't see him as he was communicating to a co-worker transformed himself to his natural state of reptilian.  His features looks like a lizard and his tongue kept flickering in and out of his mouth as he talked and stated "we have to obey the master".  His co-worker realized that I had seen him and asked me about it so I didn't deny it.  I know that I've had silicon net that was placed from my toes to the top of my head. I can even see the silicon net that is covering my penis and I can feel a chip inside of it. There is much more that I can convey, however, I want to make sure that my communications to you will not put you in harms way. Please inform me if there should be limitations to our correspondence.

Enough for now.  Your letter has convinced me to seek your help and to trust your judgment.  I've had every test possible and I've received only positive results that concern my health.
       

   When I told the neurologist that I felt pain when I under went the MRI scan of my brain as well as pressure to my fingertips and toes he didn't even respond to it.  As for the "zapping" he stated that it was natural and when I pressed him for some answers about what is the cause of these electrical zapping and the pain to my brain he didn't give me an answer but stated that there wasn't anything that they could do and that my GP Doctor should try to treat me with a program of medication.  So much for that.  Oh, on the ultra sound of my abdomen which I was also intravenously treated I overheard the technician say to himself several times "I've never seen anything like this" yet his report stated the results as normal. So you see Eva, thousands of dollars spent on tests paid by my health insurance haven't come close to the cause which I'm aware of and here an email from you have not only stated the essence of the problem but also have offered to help with a solution.  For that you have my love and admiration.

   Thank you for your analysis and healing.  This energy has been harassing me for many years (20)...it has become more intense and often in the last 2 years. I had a little time last night to look for sites on the web on protection from ELF waves...didn't find much of anything on protection but did get a lot of first hand accounts of "victims" of govt. harassment/intrusion via ELF.  Some of the characteristics of these attacks are very familiar to me...it seems that these folks want me off the planet...but torture me along the way...I trust in my inner guidance, God, Divine Spirit...it is a challenge to keep on keeping on and not succumb to the suicide energy always thrown at me(over 29 years of that)  I know better!  Eva, about my sleep attempt last night...9:30 p.m. to 2:10 a.m. I slept like a baby...then it started with some images in the brow chakra, that energy I've come to know, and some muscles pain (stomach muscles, thigh muscles, forearm muscles, etc.)...then some nasty images and some audible voice stuff...but guess what?  The symptoms were much lighter(more that 50%) and  the whole thing was over quicker than usual...so I was able to get  a few more hours sleep...I feel good to go for the rest of the day.  So I'm guessing that whatever you did had a positive effect on my mind.  The big challenge is almost always Mon. morning at 1:30(someone told me there could be a satellite going over at that time and it's signals trigger off some stuff in me...?)  I hope there is a resolution to this kind of experience...I haven't had much of a life this time around....but I recognize its value and indeed truly grateful for the many gifts of Spirit I have received and will receive from you.
